Cancellation fees will be subject to the hotel group booking cancellation policy.
Cancellation of bookings must be made via email to The Productions House Events (RAAA@tphe.com.au) only.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, including no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This fee is calculated as the total number of room nights cancelled multiplied by the applicable accommodation rate.
